Village View Afantou Villa combines comfort, relaxation and luxury in a great location of Village Afantou near all kinds of conveniences and places of interest. Also, the villa is quite close from the cleanest beach of the island, Afantou beach, in an only 5 minute drive. Ideal for families and groups of friends, the villa is arranged in 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Our villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 double bedded rooms and one with twin beds. Also, there are 2 single sofa beds in the living room. All bedrooms have balconies and offer panoramic views. In the master bedroom there is a bathroom that features hydromassage. There are 3 bathrooms in total as well as a shower. Villa features a spacious living room with a flat screen TV and satellite channels. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens for any meal preparation accompanied from the dining areas. There are some extra amenities and luxuries such as the gym with a sauna and a shower, the Jacuzzi with the great view to the swimming pool.

Our luxurious villa offers everything you might need during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a deep freezer, for any meal preparation of your choice. Also, guests can enjoy a free Wi-Fi access and a flat screen TV with satellite channels along with a DVD player. Other useful amenities are some extra amenities and luxuries such as the gym with a sauna, shower and the Jacuzzi.
Also, there are the safety box, the washing machine and the iron along with the ironing board. There’s a baby bed and a high chair if they’re needed.

Check-in time is 2pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we’ll do our best, without any promises! We suggest you refer to the section on what to do if you arrive early – there is plenty to keep you entertained!

Cancellation Policy
Guests must offer a 30% down payment after booking, by credit card, non-refundable price and cash on arrival. A credit card guarantee is required to secure your booking. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the arrival of the guest. If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will be the cancellation fee. If canceled later, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. You can cancel your reservation free of charge only for the period of 24 hours after your reservation, only if the reservation date is 60 days or more before the arrival at the property.

Our villa is located within walking distance from Afantou village, close to all kinds of conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and car rentals. The villa is quite close from the cleanest beach of the island, Afantou beach, in an only 5 minute drive. The crystal clear blue water of the sea deepens abruptly as you walks in, making swimming really exciting and enjoyable. For those who want to do some sightseeing during their holidays, Close to the villa you can also find 7 springs, or “Epta Piges” as it is commonly called, that is a place of unique natural beauty and offers visitors a unique opportunity to appreciate nature and the wild life of the island.
